He is always up to something!

Here are some pictures of Lucas' recent adventures.
I love this picture of him running!
He is also wearing one of Kevin's old baby outfits. So cute!

Look at all those teeth! He is up to 5 now and is working on 6.
He gets his feet SO high! And you can tell he's loving it!
The strainer is one of his favorite toys. That's part of the reason I need a new one...

Eating his first cupcake. He seems to like it. Must take after his mommy.
He loves the kitchen. He got out the crockpot and was "walking" it around the kitchen the other day.

Lucas helped daddy with a lot of yardwork. They were out there for a few hours and Lucas was so happy the whole time, even though he isn't smiling here. It was more of a "serious business" happy.
He used the tools that daddy was done with.
He also ate some of the dirt... or a lot of it.
He was very good at digging.
He wasn't sure why I interrupted his hard work to take pictures.
We love this cute outfit!
He had to wear church clothes to mutual one night, so we decided to just let him go in casual church clothes.

Daddy's Little Helper

Lucas loves to help daddy with his projects around the house. Here he's holding his wrench on his way to help daddy install our new wheat grinder.
Tasting the wrench on the way to help daddy.Helping Dad by getting into his tools.
His dirty pants from playing in the garage. He also decided that he needed to help daddy by getting into his power tools.
We go to playgroup every week, so we decided to take Daddy to our favorite park on Saturday because it was a BEAUTIFUL day!
This is one of his first times down the slide. He doesn't know what to think, but he is doing excited hands so it can't have been all that bad.

Dressed in Uncle Kevin's old church outfit and looking studly.
Last night he got into the goldfish in his diaper bag and decided that they needed to be spread on the floor.
(Notice how in the last two pictures he is holding a toothbrush. He loves that thing. It almost never leaves his hand. Don't worry I boil it often because it gets gross fast.)

Dopey

For Halloween we decided that Lucas needed to be Dopey Dwarf. He looked SO cute! He even was sticking out his tongue like Dopey! I wish we could take credit for that, but he was doing it on his own!

Full outfit shotIn order for his outfit to be perfect, we decided to make it a family affair.
At our ward party.
This is the Halloween skeleton-ish man that I made for our front porch decorations.
We also had a spider out there.
Jared finished putting up the BEST food storage shelves ever in the garage! They are so strong! I can put anything on them! Now I just need to do it.
Lucas was in severe need of a haircut. This is the hair by his ear pre-haircut.
This is post-haircut.
(it is not all the way out to my fingers... he pulled his head away for the picture.)
So handsome.
He loves climbing. He also loves his bouncy chair now that he's pretty much outgrown it.
